• Payment information: when you purchase a course, payment is processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — we only receive confirmation of successful payment and a transaction reference.
• Technical information: basic information such as your browser type and IP address, collected automatically as part of normal website operation and for security purposes (for example, to keep you signed in).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and let you log in securely.
• Process your course purchases and give you access to the content you've paid for.
• Track your learning progress and generate certificates of completion.

• Google — if you choose to sign in using "Continue with Google", Google shares your name and email with us to create your account, in line with Google's own privacy practices.
• Bunny.net / video hosting providers — to securely stream course videos to enrolled students.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where we are legally required to do so.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including secure password storage (passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text) and access controls on our admin systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and course data for as long as your account is active, so you can keep accessing your purchased courses and certificates. If you would like your account and personal data deleted, you can contact us using the details below, and we will action your request except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.
