These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Learnwithrohitprashar, accessible at learn.rohitprashar.com (the "Platform"), operated by Rohit Prashar. By creating an account, pre-booking, or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law to use this Platform and purchase courses. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know immediately at support@rohitprashar.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
All payments on the Platform are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details. By making a payment, you also agree to Cashfree's own terms of service for payment processing.
If a course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked, by writing to support@rohitprashar.com with your order details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or for courses where you have completed the course and received a certificate, may not be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view that course for the access period stated on the course page (for example, lifetime access). This license is for your individual learning use only.

All course videos, lesson content, notes, templates, downloadable resources, and the Platform's design, branding and software are the property of Rohit Prashar / Learnwithrohitprashar (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.
Where a course offers a certificate of completion, it is issued automatically once you complete all required lessons in that course. Certificates are provided for personal recognition of learning and do not constitute a professional qualification, accreditation, or guarantee of employment, income, or business outcomes.
Our courses are designed to teach practical skills. However, we do not guarantee any specific income, job offer, client, or business outcome as a result of taking a course. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and how you apply what you learn.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account, uploading harmful code, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnwithrohitprashar and Rohit Prashar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or courses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including sharing account access or infringing our intellectual property. You may stop using the Platform at any time; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
